Our resource groups are communities of colleagues with shared interests or backgrounds who come together to make the company better.
In 2017, our colleagues volunteered in more than 50 countries — an increase of 300% in participating countries since 2012.
In 2012, we set a goal to reduce global carbon emissions by 20% by the end of 2017, using 2009 as the base year. We met this goal two years early.
