Alvaro Biel is an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Dubai Office. Alvaro has more than 6 years of experience in management consulting both in Europe and Middle East countries working in public sector entities as well as in the food & agriculture and digital industry. Alvaro has extensive experience in developing new economic zones specially in the design of the economic strategy, sectorial business plan and investment attraction (identifying opportunities and developing partnerships). Most recently, his experiences lie in developing the food strategy and agricultural innovation cluster, and led the due diligence process of several major food start-ups.
