Dr. Guillermo Franco is the managing director and global head of catastrophe risk research at Guy Carpenter. He coordinates Guy Carpenter’s research and development efforts in parametric risk transfer and supports the placement of parametric reinsurance products and insurance-linked securities. He is currently based in New York.
