Jaclyn Yeo

Research Manager, Marsh McLennan Advantage
Change is closer than we think. Collectively, we face pressing challenges and emerging risks such as extreme weather, growing urbanization, and resource scarcity from climate change. For climate action to be meaningful, we need a quick and radical shift towards innovative, low-carbon, and high-resilience infrastructure such that in the long run, we can address poverty and improve air quality, while enhancing climate-resilient economies

Based in Singapore, Jaclyn manages the research risk themes including climate resilience, innovative infrastructure, and the emerging risks agenda for Marsh McLennan Advantage, Insights. In particular, this role has allowed her to consolidate insights and build capabilities to advise organizations and policymakers to take action to strengthen resilience against the impacts of emerging and evolving risks on current and expected organizational performance.

She has contributed to several thought-provoking publications on the topic of climate resilience and cybersecurity risks for Marsh McLennan Companies. She is also a frequent participant at conferences, and supports initiatives aimed at climate action and the transition towards a low-carbon economy.

Prior to joining MMC, Jaclyn was a Risk Researcher at the Cambridge Center for Risk Studies, focusing on macroeconomic, political, social, and technological risk themes.

She holds an MSc and BEng from the National University of Singapore, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
