Based in Seattle, Leslie leads Marsh McLennan’s insights and commercial applications for digital and cyber resilience. In his role, Leslie explores longer-term trends, hidden opportunities, and unforeseen implications of digital transformation on corporations and society.

Over the last 16 years, Leslie has advised clients in High Tech and Financial Services industries at the intersection of strategy, technology, and risk. He has experience in a range of topics including digital strategy, digital transformation and cyber risk. Leslie connects the dots on opportunities and challenges from emerging technologies and identifies practical steps for his clients to stay relevant and competitive.

Leslie is a frequent speaker on the topic of digital and has published many thought-provoking insights on digital literacy, cyber resilience, and implications of digital transformation for boards and corporate functions. He has contributed to insights for the Association for Financial Professionals, Harvard Business Review, National Association for Corporate Directors and the World Energy Council. He has been quoted in several media outlets in North America and Asia.

Prior to joining Marsh McLennan Advantage, Leslie led several business and technology strategy engagements with Oliver Wyman and Infosys Consulting. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
